Senior Principal Engineer: SLCM-N Flight Vehicle (FV) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) (Onsite)

This onsite Tucson position directs the Flight Vehicle team responsible for executing Phase 2A work on a complex Navy cruise missile program. The leader will establish the organization and integrated schedule, manage subcontracted or delegated work through team leads and control account managers, and use earned value practices to monitor performance and forecasts. Responsibilities also include customer engagement, technical alignment with the chief engineer’s office, proposal support for future phases, and participation in strategic program decisions. The role includes approving cost estimates, guiding contract startup, and developing team members through feedback and mentorship. It suits an experienced missile systems engineering leader who can manage large budgets, integrate diverse technical disciplines, and work effectively with government stakeholders. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with the job performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
