Electrical Engineer I - Test

This onsite Tucson position joins RTX’s Test Equipment Directorate, a multidisciplinary group that develops systems for testing Raytheon products. The engineer will create and integrate test systems, interface adapters, interconnects, and supporting documentation for both development and manufacturing use. Responsibilities include investigating technical problems, performing root-cause analysis, and helping deliver assigned projects on schedule and within budget. The role is suited to an early-career electrical engineer who enjoys hands-on work, collaboration across engineering disciplines, and practical hardware integration. Experience with analog, digital, RF, mixed-signal design, debugging, programming, or project coordination would be beneficial, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
