Senior Systems Engineer

This engineer will contribute across the sustainment lifecycle for programs in Raytheon’s Life Cycle Engineering Effectors portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing logistics and support needs, improving engineering processes, maintaining technical materials, supporting spares and provisioning activities, and developing training and logistics plans. The position also serves as a Cost Account Manager, overseeing budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and performance for assigned support work. It suits an experienced STEM professional who can coordinate across technical teams, communicate effectively with customers, and manage both engineering deliverables and program finances. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship along with the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
