Development Project Manager - QA/QC (Q-Systems)

The Development Project Manager oversees multiple data center development projects and keeps campus programs aligned with cost, schedule, quality, and delivery objectives. Working across facilities, engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, operations, and commercial teams, this person develops scopes, manages contractors and consultants, evaluates pricing, and resolves changes or delivery issues. The role also supports permitting, site due diligence, equipment procurement, security planning, product deployment, and customer-specific solution development. Strong communication is essential because the manager represents QTS in project meetings and presents progress and risks to senior leadership. It suits an experienced construction or engineering professional who is comfortable managing complex, multi-phase programs and mission-critical infrastructure, particularly projects involving substantial MEP coordination.
