Regional Manager, Fiber Connectivity, NA

This manager oversees North American fiber infrastructure assessments and connectivity planning for new, acquired, and expanding data center sites. The role develops team capability while establishing consistent processes for route diversity, carrier access, conduit design, building entry points, and Meet-Me-Room readiness. It works closely with site selection, engineering, construction, operations, sales, legal, security, and carrier partners to identify risks and keep connectivity plans aligned with business and customer needs. The position also strengthens documentation, reporting, governance, and data quality across project and infrastructure systems.
