Sr Principal Execution Business Specialist (PPM / EVM)

This position serves as a senior execution and business partner for large defense and national security programs, overseeing cost and schedule baselines, performance measurement, forecasting, and customer reporting. The specialist develops integrated plans, master schedules, time-phased budgets, and risk analyses while coordinating data from subcontractors, materials, contracts, and program changes. The role also improves EVMS and scheduling processes, tools, automation, training, and compliance, including exploring AI-enabled efficiencies. It is part of a program execution function working across multiple teams, suppliers, product lines, and locations. The opportunity is well suited to an experienced EVMS, integrated planning, or scheduling leader with deep defense contracting knowledge and the ability to guide complex programs.
