Director, IT Governance, Risk, Compliance & AI

This director will report to the Chief Data & AI Officer and establish an integrated governance model spanning technology, cybersecurity, privacy, data, financial systems, and artificial intelligence. They will lead teams responsible for control frameworks, SOX compliance, audit readiness, risk reporting, program oversight, and remediation across the enterprise. The position requires close collaboration with legal, finance, cybersecurity, engineering, supply chain, internal audit, and business leaders to turn complex obligations into practical processes and measurable accountability. A major focus is creating scalable AI governance covering use-case intake, risk classification, privacy, security, human oversight, and lifecycle monitoring.
