Space Force - Test Lead

This position sits within GDMS’s Space, Cyber, and Intelligent Systems organization and guides a cross-functional team responsible for testing complex defense software. The successful candidate will define test strategies, architect validation solutions, coordinate system integration, and establish automation and continuous integration practices. They will also lead test readiness reviews, create test documentation, track results, and align execution with program requirements and timelines. The role suits an experienced engineering leader with strong Python and object-oriented programming skills, cloud integration testing experience, and a background in test methodologies. A Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, and the work is fully onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.
