Manufacturing Technician 2-3

This position supports Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems manufacturing operation in Mesa, which produces gun systems for military vehicles, aircraft, helicopters, and ships. The technician will build subassemblies and complete systems, assess and reassemble refurbished products, document production data, and work independently or as part of a team. Success in the role calls for mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working from blueprints and detailed instructions. The Level 2 opening requires two years of manufacturing assembly experience, while Level 3 requires four years. It may suit a hands-on manufacturing professional who can meet the physical demands, work a 4/10 schedule beginning at 5:00 a.m., and satisfy U.S. citizenship and explosives-related authorization requirements.
