Regional Datacenter Program Manager

It develops project plans, tracks execution, communicates progress, resolves risks, and uses project data to improve operating models and implementation practices. The manager works closely with engineering, construction, operations, infrastructure, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to align requirements and deliver reliable outcomes. The role also promotes safe and compliant working practices, documents lessons learned, and communicates recommendations to senior audiences. It suits an experienced datacenter or physical IT infrastructure leader with strong program management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement skills.

Requirements

6+ years supporting IT equipment or server and network deployment projects, or equivalent experienceDegree plus 12+ years, or high school qualification plus 14+ years, in datacenter or physical IT infrastructureExperience developing and implementing datacenter operations programsExperience creating and presenting executive-level reports and presentationsKnowledge of safety programs, policies, and compliance assessmentsStrong project planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
