Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Thin Films Module Engineer
This engineer works within Intel’s Ocotillo Technology Fabrication engineering organization to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain thin-film processes and equipment. Responsibilities include defining process roadmaps, configuring tools and materials, running experiments, establishing controls, and improving yield, quality, productivity, reliability, safety, and defect performance. The position also supports new technology introductions through equipment installation, conversion, qualification, matching, and eventual transfer into volume manufacturing. Success requires close collaboration with process, integration, yield, production, and receiving engineering teams, along with training and start-up support for other factories. It suits an experienced semiconductor manufacturing or advanced technology professional with strong thin-film, equipment, statistics, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills who can work flexibly, including possible on-shift coverage.
