Mechanical Assembler I, 2nd Shift (Onsite)

This role supports Collins Aerospace manufacturing operations by assembling and testing products in both routine and specialized production settings. The assembler uses drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and measuring equipment to complete work accurately and sustain production flow. Responsibilities also include identifying defects, documenting quality issues, and performing approved rework or repairs. The position is suited to someone with a high school education or technical training who is comfortable with hands-on work, prolonged standing, fine motor tasks, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Prior electronic or aerospace assembly experience and IPC Class III solder certification are preferred, while U.S. citizenship is required for program access.
