Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Lithography Module Engineer - Layer Owner

This engineer will own one or more lithography toolsets, maintaining safety, cleanliness, process consistency, availability, matching, and defect performance. The position supports new technology introductions through equipment installation, qualification, process characterization, and transfer into high-volume manufacturing. The engineer will establish process controls, analyze production data, lead experiments, and resolve complex issues affecting yield, quality, stability, productivity, and safety. The role works closely with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and manufacturing teams and may include on-shift engineering coverage. It suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with lithography or related patterning expertise, strong statistical problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead improvements across organizational boundaries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM engineering field with 4+ years semiconductor experience, or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD in related fieldExperience in semiconductor process engineering and high-volume manufacturing ramps or technology transfersKnowledge of lithography, process control, yield improvement, and statistical problem-solvingDemonstrated troubleshooting skills using data-driven analysis and manufacturing support experienceProficiency with statistical tools, experimental design, and tool qualification methodologiesDirect lithography engineering experience and flexibility to work day or night shift assignments
