Industrial Engineer I (Onsite)

This engineer will analyze and improve factory operations through process mapping, capacity and resource analysis, layout planning, simulation, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position supports Tucson-based manufacturing teams and collaborates with operators, specialists, engineers, and leadership on production, product integration, infrastructure, safety, and growth projects. It also contributes data and proposals for factory investments, strategic planning, new products, and technology adoption. The role suits an early-career industrial, systems, or manufacturing engineer who enjoys solving operational problems with cross-functional teams. Because the work supports defense programs, U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain required security and ATF clearances are essential.
