This engineer will join Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing and serve as the local equipment owner within the Project Execution Team. The position coordinates factory stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and engineering partners to ensure tools, kits, materials, funding, and labor are ready for installation milestones. It also involves leading planning meetings, resolving qualification and schedule constraints, maintaining configuration and order accuracy, and escalating risks before they affect delivery. The successful candidate will promote strong safety and quality practices while improving installation and commissioning methods. This opportunity suits an engineering or technical project professional who is comfortable working onsite, influencing cross-functional teams, troubleshooting problems, and operating in a fast-moving semiconductor construction environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field plus relevant experience, or a related master’s degreeExperience in construction, engineering, or project managementAbility to coordinate contractors, suppliers, factory stakeholders, and engineering teamsStrong planning, communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of equipment installation, configuration management, troubleshooting, or semiconductor manufacturingUnderstanding of environmental health and safety requirements
