Advanced Packaging TD/Substrate Finance Specialist

This position partners with advanced packaging operations and business teams to connect manufacturing outcomes with financial performance. The specialist will assess budgets and forecasts, model business scenarios, evaluate costs and investments, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also emphasizes benchmarking, reporting automation, and the use of tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and potentially Python. It would suit an experienced finance professional who is comfortable with complex analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and advising senior stakeholders. Experience in foundry finance, manufacturing, capacity planning, or advanced packaging would be especially relevant.
