Senior Manager, Critical Support Operations, NA

This position manages and develops geographically distributed technical personnel while aligning their assignments with site risks, maintenance needs, projects, and business priorities. It oversees operational assessments, reliability initiatives, maintenance and CMMS effectiveness, alarm management, root-cause investigations, and closure of corrective actions across North America. The manager partners with Site Operations, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Asset Management, and senior leadership to turn technical findings into measurable portfolio improvements. The role also coordinates specialist support for troubleshooting, major maintenance, commissioning, readiness activities, and critical incidents. It suits an experienced data center or critical-infrastructure leader who combines deep mechanical and electrical expertise with strong people leadership, analytical judgment, communication skills, and a willingness to travel and support urgent events.
