This position is part of Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing, supporting the development and readiness of advanced manufacturing facilities. The manager oversees tool demonstration, conversion, installation, qualification, and commissioning work while coordinating resources, vendors, procurement, logistics, and construction trades. They lead and influence engineering and technician teams, resolve technical and execution issues, and align site activities with engineering, central tool-install, and virtual-factory partners. The role also drives safety, quality, continuous improvement, standardization, and innovative construction methods. It suits an experienced project or tool-installation leader who can work hands-on in a fast-paced cleanroom and construction setting, communicate with senior stakeholders, and manage complex cross-functional programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 4+ years project management or equipment installation experience, or 8+ years equivalent experience without degreeLeadership and project management skills with ability to manage discussions at executive levelsDemonstrated experience with medium to large-scale construction or tool installation programsStrong verbal and written communication skills to influence across multiple organizationsAbility to work onsite in cleanroom and construction environments with flexibility to work under high pressureSafety-focused mindset with experience implementing hazard analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
