The manager will negotiate contracts, guide sourcing and supplier performance, develop multi-year strategies, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while protecting availability and quality. Success requires close partnership with engineering, operations, finance, and other stakeholders across a global supplier network. Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in supply chain/business/engineering or equivalent advanced degree with relevant experience3+ years expertise in contracting, negotiation, and supplier relationship managementAdvanced knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigationProficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Microsoft ExcelExperience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries preferredStrong leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
