This position manages centralized business operations for Intel’s global IT function, with responsibility for capital and expense planning, budgeting, headcount processes, and the Plan of Record. It works closely with Finance and corporate partners to strengthen governance, reporting, compliance, and multi-year decision-making for the CIO and IT leadership. The leader uses financial and operational insights to remove funding barriers, improve efficiency, and support major initiatives across business and technical teams. The role also builds scalable processes, leads cross-functional problem solving, and develops a high-performing operations team. It suits an experienced IT and Finance professional who can influence executives, operate effectively amid ambiguity, and turn complex data into clear recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience (or Master's with 5+ years) in Business Operations, IT, or Finance7+ years communicating across organizational levels with ability to create data-driven presentations for senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools; experience with Power BI or analytics platforms preferredDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationshipsTrack record of building and developing high-performing teams with coaching and mentoring capabilitiesExperience with financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes in combined IT and Finance environments
