As a Device Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing semiconductor device production to ensure transistors and electronic components meet defined specifications for quality, reliability, cost, and yield. You will work cross-functionally with Module, Integration, and Yield engineers to identify and implement process modifications, conduct root cause analyses on performance issues, and drive continuous improvements through feedback loops and statistical methodologies. This role suits engineers with strong backgrounds in semiconductor manufacturing who excel at technical problem-solving, can communicate complex issues to senior leadership, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where you independently drive improvements across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related STEM field with 3+ years semiconductor industry experience, OR Ph.D. in related fieldExperience in semiconductor process integration, yield engineering, process development, or technology developmentStrong understanding of FEOL and/or BEOL manufacturing processesProficiency in statistical analysis methods including DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk analysis, and root-cause methodologiesDemonstrated project execution experience with design of experiments and process improvement in production environmentsAbility to lead complex technical projects across multiple engineering disciplines and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
