Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Yield Device Integration Engineer
The Device Integration Engineer supports Intel’s semiconductor manufacturing organization by ensuring devices meet stringent specifications from process output through testing. Working with module, integration, yield, product, assembly, and technology-development teams, the engineer analyzes defects and performance gaps, identifies root causes, and drives process changes or containment actions. The position uses device physics, statistical analysis, design of experiments, and structured problem-solving to improve manufacturing capability and support technology qualification, ramp, and high-volume production. It also requires ownership of complex cross-functional projects, clear communication with senior leaders, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving factory environment. This role suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with strong analytical, project leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
