Process Integration and Yield Engineer
This engineer will investigate yield losses and product or process failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions for high-volume semiconductor production. The work includes applying statistics, machine learning, data mining, and custom analytical tools to large and varied datasets. The engineer will partner with design, product engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams on process improvements, quality programs, technology transfers, and new product qualifications. Responsibilities also include managing process risks and changes, developing inspection and testing strategies, and maintaining manufacturing readiness. The position suits a PhD-trained STEM professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills who is comfortable working on-site in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
