Device Engineer
This position sits within Intel Foundry’s Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering organization, which translates advanced semiconductor technology into manufacturable solutions for customers. The engineer will develop CMOS device architectures, customize them for varied applications, and work with manufacturing teams to improve process compatibility and yield. Responsibilities also include analyzing device data, applying experiments and scripting to accelerate technical learning, and resolving process or performance issues. The role suits an experienced device technologist with strong semiconductor physics and fabrication knowledge who can communicate effectively and influence global, cross-functional teams. Experience with advanced nodes, FinFET or GAA technologies, and high-volume manufacturing would be especially valuable.
