This position sits within Intel Foundry’s Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering organization, which translates advanced semiconductor technology into manufacturable solutions for customers. Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 7+ years of CMOS device engineering experienceAdvanced CMOS device technology experience in a foundry environmentDeep expertise in CMOS device physics and advanced transistor device architecture fabricationProficiency in data analysis, scripting, and data analytics techniquesExperience with 3nm-16nm FinFETs and sub-3nm GAA FET technologies preferredDemonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments
