Edge & Physical AI HW Product Manager/Director

This position owns the multi-generation roadmap for NXP’s edge inference hardware portfolio and translates market and customer needs into detailed silicon specifications. It works closely with architecture, engineering, software, SoC, sales, and executive teams to make decisions about performance, memory, power, packaging, interfaces, integration, and manufacturing strategy. The leader will also build product business cases, assess technology sourcing options, guide chiplet and NPU integration plans, and support customer sampling and design wins. Responsibilities extend across benchmarking competitors, launching demonstrations, representing the portfolio externally, and managing products through ramp, sustaining, and retirement. The role suits an experienced semiconductor product manager or strategist with strong silicon definition expertise, commercial judgment, and familiarity with AI inference, SoCs, or advanced packaging.
