Manufacturing Associate

This position supports wafer manufacturing at NXP’s Chandler facility within a controlled cleanroom setting. The successful associate will become qualified to handle both production and engineering materials according to established process instructions. Daily work includes checking that equipment is properly approved for use, monitoring process performance with SPC methods, and addressing cleanliness and safety expectations. The role is suited to someone who is precise, consistent, comfortable following technical procedures, and able to work in a highly regulated manufacturing operation.
