Yield Enhancement Engineering Tech

This technician works closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and resolve process, quality, and yield problems. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, reviewing yield-related reports, prioritizing lots, dispositioning out-of-control material, and creating recipes for inspection and SEM equipment. The position also involves documenting specifications and operating procedures, supporting tool certifications, and contributing to cross-functional improvement projects. The successful candidate is adaptable, self-directed, comfortable in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment, and able to communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels. Experience with manufacturing software, statistics, SPC, FDC, Lean methods, and team leadership would be useful, while a willingness to learn is essential.
