Edge & Physical AI SW Product Manager/Director

This position leads product direction for NXP’s edge AI software ecosystem and unifies capabilities across its NPU products and eIQ development environment. It will shape support for emerging model types, define compiler and open-source strategies, and ensure developers can move smoothly from model import through deployment, profiling, and debugging. The role also partners with engineering, go-to-market teams, framework providers, ISVs, and strategic customers to prioritize capabilities and validate solutions. Success includes establishing versioning, compatibility, benchmarking, model-zoo, and developer adoption practices while supporting demonstrations and system-level engagements. It suits an experienced AI software product leader who can translate complex ML infrastructure requirements into roadmaps, technical specifications, and business strategy.
