Materials Program Manager – Direct Materials

This position sits at the intersection of Intel’s manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and supplier organizations. It converts factory demand into material strategies, manages supply disruptions and inventory exposure, and oversees supplier performance, contracts, delivery, quality, and cost objectives. The manager will also support new product introductions, validate bills of materials, and improve processes through data analysis and scalable systems. The role is suited to a supply chain professional who is comfortable working with direct materials in a manufacturing environment and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent factory manufacturing experience with chemicals, gases, or direct materials3+ years supply chain experience with Bachelor's degree (2+ years with Master's degree, or 0 years with PhD)Proficiency in inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier negotiationsStrong data analysis skills with Excel and Power BIExperience with SAP workflows and supply chain systems (preferred)LEAN/Six Sigma certification or operational expertise (preferred)
