Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Shift Group Leader

This leader manages technicians and manufacturing activities in an assigned fabrication area, coordinating staffing, materials, work flow, and daily production priorities. They establish plans and operating practices that support production schedules while protecting personnel, equipment, product quality, and the environment. The position may also contribute to factory-wide production, maintenance, or improvement leadership and will work closely with manufacturing teams and vendor engineering support. It suits an experienced semiconductor fabrication professional who combines technical judgment with people leadership, data-based problem solving, and strong communication. The role is based onsite in Phoenix and follows a compressed day or night shift schedule.
