As a Construction Project Manager for Intel's Foundry Construction and Sourcing division, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial construction projects including new semiconductor fabrication facilities and infrastructure upgrades. Working on a diverse portfolio spanning mechanical, electrical, process systems, and cleanroom construction, you'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders including customer management, tool installation teams, and facilities operations to achieve project objectives. This role suits experienced construction professionals with strong leadership capabilities who can manage large budgets and schedules, solve technical problems, and champion safety culture across all project phases. You'll report to the Director of Construction at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Arizona and drive decisions that impact billions of dollars in global construction investments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline4+ years of Project Management/Construction Management experience in major industrial or large-scale constructionExperience with contract management, schedule/budget development, change control, or cleanroom constructionStrong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilitiesDemonstrated expertise in problem identification, analysis, and problem-solvingCommitment to safety culture and detail-oriented project execution
