Senior Product Manager

This position sits on Raytheon’s Data, Analytics, and AI team and reports to the Director of Product Management. The Senior Product Manager will turn business objectives and user needs into product strategies, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, prioritized backlogs, and released AI capabilities. The role partners closely with engineering, data science, design, business leaders, and Agile Release Train teams throughout product development and sustainment. Ongoing analysis of market trends, usage data, and customer feedback will guide prioritization and product improvement. It suits an experienced, technically capable product leader who can influence diverse teams, operate independently, and apply AI and analytics to high-impact enterprise problems in a secure defense environment.
