Facilities Mechanical Engineer

This engineer will oversee systems including HVAC, chilled water, boilers, oil-free compressed air, abatement, and compliance exhaust equipment. The position combines daily operational support with engineering analysis, design reviews, feasibility studies, project scoping, and commissioning of new or modified systems. The engineer will work closely with Intel business units, operations teams, maintenance providers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues safely and efficiently. The role also contributes to asset replacement planning, infrastructure roadmaps, automation initiatives, and strategic projects for future facility growth. It suits a mechanically trained professional with facilities or large-scale manufacturing experience who can lead cross-functional work, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
