Lab Engineering Technician

This technician works with engineers and fellow technicians in Intel’s packaging research and development organization. Daily activities may include fabricating samples, collecting experimental data, building or adjusting lab setups, and supporting equipment calibration and troubleshooting. The position also involves writing and maintaining procedures, recording test conditions, and communicating findings clearly. It would suit someone with semiconductor or technical laboratory experience who is comfortable using precision tools, learning unfamiliar methods, and handling both routine and unusual problems independently. The role is based onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, and does not offer immigration sponsorship.
