As a Staff Yield Engineer in Intel's Foundry Technology Development organization, you'll serve as the primary technical contact for yield performance across the entire foundry customer product lifecycle. Working at the intersection of internal development teams and external customers, you'll establish yield goals, conduct root-cause analysis on manufacturing problems, develop predictive yield models, and drive process improvements. This role suits experienced semiconductor professionals with deep yield analysis expertise who can manage complex technical relationships, interpret multi-layered manufacturing data, and translate technical findings into actionable improvements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field with 6+ years of semiconductor yield engineering experienceExperience with yield signal analysis, root-cause investigation, and post-silicon yield troubleshootingProficiency in interpreting inline inspection, electrical test, and SORT dataTrack record in yield modeling, pareto analysis, and roadmap developmentPreferred foundry experience or direct foundry customer collaboration backgroundStrong customer service orientation and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
