This position manages the commodity strategy for platform power components, using market analysis and supplier engagement to maintain a competitive and resilient supply base. The manager negotiates pricing, contracts, and statements of work while driving cost reductions, supplier innovation, and total-cost improvements. They collaborate with silicon, platform, validation, customer engineering, and purchasing teams to support design enablement, customer adoption, and production ramps. The role also assesses capability, geopolitical, cost, and shortage risks and develops actions to protect supply and revenue.
