As a Module Equipment Technician, you'll be responsible for the technical maintenance and troubleshooting of sophisticated manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor substrate and wafer assembly production. Working nights (Sunday through Tuesday and alternating Saturday nights), you'll diagnose electromechanical issues, perform calibration and maintenance tasks, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. This role sits within Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development group, which focuses on innovative substrate solutions. You'll need hands-on experience with specialized equipment like wet chemistry, plating, and high-vacuum systems, along with the ability to read complex schematics and use precision measuring tools. Requirements

Associate degree in technical field with 2+ years equipment maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experienceTroubleshooting and repair experience with electromechanical equipment in semiconductor or manufacturing environmentsProficiency with wet chemistry, plating, and/or dry high-vacuum equipmentAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsExperience using measuring devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and micrometersStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
