Test Systems Sr Principal Execution Lead

This position sits within RTX’s Test Solutions organization, which provides engineering services supporting product readiness and mission-system delivery. The lead will direct cross-functional electrical, mechanical, software, and systems teams while maintaining execution discipline across the test-system lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing risks and issues, coordinating with CAMs and PMO leadership, tracking cost and schedule performance, maintaining baselines, and confirming integration readiness. The role also involves technical troubleshooting, participation in change and review boards, supplier coordination, and mentoring other engineers. It suits an experienced test-systems or development professional who can operate independently on large defense programs, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and work onsite in Tucson under U.S. security-clearance requirements.
