Section Lead Thermal Analysis

This position sits within Raytheon’s Mechanical Analysis and Test organization, which supports the structural integrity of complex aerospace and defense systems from early design through fielded operations. The Section Lead will direct or contribute to thermal and structural analyses, develop engineering methods and tools, review technical work, and communicate findings to internal and external customers. The role also includes helping staff programs, supporting employee development, estimating proposal work, and coordinating analysis or test teams. It suits an experienced thermal analyst who can lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts while remaining effective in detailed technical work. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active or transferable Secret-level clearance and be able to work onsite in Tucson with some travel.
