This onsite Gilbert, Arizona leadership role supports the Space Security Contracts organization within the Space Superiority Division. The manager oversees contract administration, extensions, negotiations, compliance, financial analysis, and risk mitigation across government and commercial agreements. They lead contract professionals, establish effective processes, support proposals and organizational growth, and communicate contractual recommendations to senior leaders and customers. The position suits an experienced contracts professional with strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, contract types, Microsoft 365, and financial management. It is well matched to a collaborative, analytical leader who can manage competing priorities and holds an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
