You will lead cross-functional teams to redesign business processes, evaluate and integrate planning systems, and ensure successful deployment including testing, training, and change management. The role requires deep expertise in supply chain operations, project management, and technical requirements analysis, with responsibility for identifying risks, managing stakeholder alignment across all organizational levels, and documenting lessons learned. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 6+ years in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain systems development, or supply chain project managementStrong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirementsExcellent communication skills to convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExceptional organizational and time management abilities in dynamic environmentsExperience with supply chain or demand planning program and project managementPreferred: Advanced degree, semiconductor industry experience, and familiarity with enterprise systems architecture
