The Software Technician executes patching strategies, reproduces and resolves technical issues using structured methods, and maintains detailed documentation of all changes and outcomes. Working within Intel's Foundry Technology Manufacturing group, the technician collaborates across engineering and operations teams to implement changes during maintenance windows while preserving system availability.
