Finishing Operator (D Shift) - Chandler

This position supports Isola’s manufacturing operation by preparing, programming, and running automated or semi-automated cutting machinery based on production orders. The operator checks finished materials against customer and industry standards, documents material usage and traceability in SAP, and escalates equipment or workflow problems. Team members are trained across several entry-level production functions, allowing them to assist with packing, HiPot testing, and material movement as needed. It suits dependable, safety-conscious people who can manage competing priorities, work collaboratively, and stay productive in a fast-paced plant. The job involves extended periods on one’s feet, physical material handling, and overnight D-shift work with required overtime.
