QA Lab Technician (D Shift) - Chandler

This position supports Isola’s Quality function by testing raw materials, prepreg, resin batches, and laminates according to production needs and customer requests. The technician inspects products, conducts basic failure analysis, manages retained samples, records results in Excel and SAP, and helps identify or quarantine nonconforming material. Daily work also includes operating and maintaining etching and exhaust-scrubbing equipment, handling chemicals and waste with a forklift, and completing audits and documentation. The role collaborates with finishing, shipping, and operations to keep material moving on schedule while following safety, quality, and Lean/Six Sigma practices. It suits someone with strong English communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended overnight shifts while handling physical and chemical-lab tasks.
