QA Lab Technician (C Shift) - Chandler

This position performs conformance testing on raw materials, resin batches, prepreg, and laminates to support production decisions and customer requirements. Duties include preparing samples with etching chemicals, inspecting products, maintaining laboratory and exhaust equipment, managing retained samples, and conducting basic troubleshooting. The technician records results in logs, Excel, and SAP, quarantines nonconforming material, assists with failure analysis, and supports audits and process-improvement activities. The role also involves forklift handling of chemical and waste containers, coordination with finishing and shipping, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures. It suits someone with strong English communication skills who is comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing laboratory, can work extended periods on their feet, and has experience with quality systems, SAP, Excel, or forklifts.
