Finishing Operator (B Shift) - Chandler

This position is part of Isola’s manufacturing operations team and focuses on preparing, cutting, inspecting, and tracking materials according to production orders. The operator programs and runs equipment, identifies process or equipment issues, and maintains accurate inventory and traceability records in SAP. Cross-training across finishing, inspection, packing, HiPot testing, and material handling is expected. It suits dependable, task-focused team members who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production setting. The work requires extended periods on one’s feet, frequent physical movement, and the ability to handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
