Bulk Chemical Delivery Engineer

This engineer will support the Total Chemical Management organization by ensuring analytical instruments in the Bulk Chemical Delivery area produce accurate and consistent results. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, developing equipment specifications, establishing sampling and training documentation, and setting detection limits, alarm thresholds, and data-trending methods. The position also partners with Foundry QR Wet Lab engineers to align instrument performance and optimize chemical analysis. It may expand into evaluating new metrology technologies and applications, including titration-based capabilities. The role suits an analytical chemist with hands-on instrumentation experience who enjoys laboratory problem-solving, cross-site standardization, and supporting high-reliability semiconductor operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 1+ years of analytical chemistry lab experienceHands-on experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, or AASProficiency in sample preparation, data interpretation, and quality control proceduresKnowledge of Agilent ICP-MS instruments (7900 or 8900) preferredExperience developing and implementing processes across multiple locationsStrong documentation and technical writing abilities
