Senior Manager, Contracts (Onsite)

This leader will manage and develop a contracts team responsible for capture activities and contract execution across Raytheon’s Advanced Technology and Advanced Effectors & Space portfolio. The position oversees complex classified government agreements, proposal efforts, terms analysis, negotiations, changes, compliance, and customer issue resolution. It also serves as a strategic advisor to program, finance, technical, and executive stakeholders on risk, pricing, intellectual property, and contractual decisions. The role is suited to an experienced government-contracts professional who can lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a high-visibility classified environment. The position is based onsite in Tucson, Arizona, with minimal travel and requires an active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship eligibility.
