Senior SoC Chiplet Architect

This role drives the complete architecture vision for multi-generation chiplet SoC platforms targeting hyperscale data center applications. You will own critical decisions around chiplet partitioning, die-to-die interconnect design, power/clock distribution, and system infrastructure while balancing performance, power, area, cost, and yield considerations. Working across RTL, firmware, packaging, and platform teams, you'll lead quantitative tradeoff studies, influence complex architectural decisions without direct authority, and ensure coherent, scalable system designs from concept through production. This position suits architects with deep SoC design experience, proven chiplet expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical decisions to executive stakeholders while maintaining hands-on technical leadership.

Requirements

7+ years SoC/system architecture experience including end-to-end definition from requirements to silicon executionDemonstrated expertise in multi-die/chiplet partitioning and system implications (D2D interconnects, boot/reset, QoS, debug)Ability to conduct rigorous architecture tradeoff studies and communicate decisions to senior technical and business leadershipBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or STEM-related fieldSystems-level thinking across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing domainsExperience with cross-functional technical leadership and alignment without direct authority
