Engineer II- Corporate Applications

This engineer will provide technical assistance through support cases, phone calls, and live chat, helping customers solve embedded design and debugging problems. The position sits within the corporate applications function and works closely with product, field, applications, and sales teams to identify root causes and improve customer support. Responsibilities include analyzing schematics, debugging hardware with lab equipment, developing sample code and technical documentation, and contributing to AI-enabled support initiatives. The engineer may also deliver demonstrations, presentations, and training to internal and external audiences. It is well suited to an embedded systems professional who combines strong C/C++ skills with clear communication, analytical thinking, and a customer-oriented approach.
