Senior Engineer II- Applications

This engineer will work with Microchip’s Memory Products Business Unit on defining, validating, and introducing new products while maintaining existing solutions. Responsibilities include producing technical documentation, developing demonstrations and code resources, training customers and field teams, and resolving embedded hardware and software design issues. The position serves as a technical authority for customers, sales teams, and field application engineers, with regular collaboration across international groups. It suits an experienced embedded systems professional who is comfortable with C/C++, Python, board-level development, firmware, and hardware debugging. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, and occasional travel of up to 25% may be required.
